Shipping

We make every effort to ship in stock items within 1 business day of your order. 

All firearms and receivers MUST ship to an FFL and cannot ship until we have received and verified a copy of their license. Please note that it is your responsibility to make any required arrangements with the receiving FFL. FFL's may be sent to sales@yankovich-armament.com and if possible, include your order number for prompt processing.

 

Returns/Refunds/Cancellations

 

Standard Orders:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product from our store (accessories, parts, or merchandise), please contact Yankovich Armament within 14 days upon receipt of the item(s) to proceed with the refund or exchange process. If the refund or exchange is due to an error on the part of Yankovich Armament, a re-stocking fee will not apply and the amount of the item, including shipping and handling charges, will be refunded. However, shipping & handling charges will not be refunded due to personal dislikes or sizing problems and a 10% restocking fee will be applied to the returned funds for the item(s). Shipping costs for returning the item are the customer’s responsibility.

For refund eligibility, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging. PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE RETURNING YOUR PRODUCT.  The original purchaser must make returns and exchanges.

Some products carry warranties from other manufacturers, at which point you will need to deal directly with that manufacturer. 

For items lost in transit or not delivered, it is the responsibility of the customer to file a claim with the shipping carrier.

 

Custom Firearm Orders:

Customers are responsible for knowing his or her own state laws. Any firearms purchased online that are not eligible to ship to a restricted state will be voided and will be classified as a refused order, which is subject to the reprocessing fees below. 

Upon placing your order for a firearm, you enter into an agreement to purchase. Any cancelled or refused order will be subject to a 20% reprocessing fee of the total paid amount.

In a circumstance in which the customer is unable to pay the balance on a custom built firearm within 30 days of completion, it will be treated as a Cancelled Order and would be subject to our 20% reprocessing fee for a refund, or you will be issued company credit for your initial deposit.
